Well I'm sure you all figured this out already, but when I got the phone adding it to my MAC filter was oddly hard??? I couldn't find the MAC anywhere. I googled it and oddly it wasn't an easy fix? Anyways I did it the hard, but recently my husband laughed and said it's right here. So I'm posting it, incase anyone else googles it, or a new phone person searches here? Under settings>[system tab] about>more. It's right above the SIM ID. Yeah. I know. I was n00bing it. :s I told him "it wasn't there before"
However when I googled it it seemed others though HTC didn't make it available in the phone information or something and they used their router to figure it out. Much harder and annoying. Anyways, hope this helps someone. :P
