For anyone holding off filing a claim because of the $100 deductable, just wanted to let you know Asurion just sent me a brand new Evo as a replacement for my broken digitizer Evo. Plus, when I called to ask what I had to return to them, they told me just the phone. Yup, they let me keep the charger, data cable and battery. Even states on the return envelope "Device Only - No accessories or battery"
Kinda takes the sting out of the steep deductable.
