Casio Cassiopeia e10... actually, about the same size as the mogul. Ran on 2 aaa batteries, for about 2 hours of "on" time. Had something like 4mb ram TOTAL for store and programs. Greyscale (16? levels) screen - no keyboard, no network, serial and irda ports.

In the "late 80s" a ppc woulda been some kind of Sharp Electronic Organizer in the OZ series - again not much bigger then the mogul, clamshell, with keyboard, but with a horrible 8 or 16 line by 20 char "screen" and memory measured in KB. Yeah, I had several of those.
