I use to have these mirror screen protectors but they left this residue on my screen that I can Clean off.

I don't know if they actually damaged my screen and those blemishes is actually the screen protector removing a piece of the phone screen. It didn't use any glue or whatever it was just a plastic piece... but

Can someone recommend a screen protector that wont damage our phones and preferably one that they've used and hasn't left some sort of residue and one that lasts a long time and a great fit!

I need one soon my phone is running naked right now and I want to protect it as soon as I can!
