Well there's backup & restore utilities for each OS, but I'm not aware of one that would sync between the OSes.

I use Google Voice for all my SMS needs, and in a sense that sync's because it's phone agnostic - it's all online.

As for call logs... again, there's apps in both OSes that will let you backup this data, but I don't know of any that will sync between the operating systems.

I'd say you need to choose - Android or WinMo. If you aren't ready to run Android 100% of the time, just play around with it but don't run it for any extended periods. I know, it's kinda silly - but those are your choices as I see them.
