Try changing the scaling to powersave...OR back down the clock speed. The unresponsiveness...and reboots happens to me when I push my phone past the 1.19 ghz mark. The unresponsiveness could just be the scaling not catching up.
Flashed pre7 earlier so far so good. My twidroyd acted a little weird awhile ago...and that was it
