-Gapps- the version in the OP did nothing for me, even though I followed your directions & tried flashing multiple times before & after reboot. I even tried other Gapps from you & CM to no avail. Titanium restored everything fine, but I have only had issues w/Gapps on your ROMs.
-GPS - still had to do the Sense/flash workaround
-Status bar- often a phantom (blank) notification is taking up space (see attached) (CM7 does this as well).
-Reboot while USB plugged - a reboot while plugged into my PC completely locks my PC until I reboot the PC (CM7 did this as well).
-Charge LED - green LED comes on at 90% charging. The battery continues to charge, but this is an annoyance (CM7 did this as well).

Everything else, wifi, 4G/3G, VVM, etc. is working as expected & this ROM runs better on my phone than CM7 (I also prefer Launcher Pro over ADW), so thank you for your hard work. Again, none of these are dealbreakers but I have yet to find a 2.3 ROM that runs as smoothly & flawlessly as Myn's Warm2.2.
GAPPS - I had the same issue with flashing, but when I came to Pre 5 it worked.

GPS - GPS started working good with Pre4. Mine works great with Pre 5

Reboot - Sounds like you have a PC problem or a USB problem.

Charging LED - I believe AOSP roms turn green after 90%. Just the nature of the beast.

On a side note. Pre 5 has got to be one of the best ROMs ive used in a while. Im using it with Tiamat 3.3.7 w/SBC and im getting great battery life. After 24hrs of use I was sitting at 18% battery life.
