Should work that way when I'm paying over $150 a month and have been with Sprint since the late 90's. I had over 20 Touch Pro's until they gave me a Touch Pro 2, and now I've had at least 6 Touch Pro 2's in the last couple months.

Issues I've had with TP1 and TP2:
- Rainbow screen
- Broken Power button
- Half-lit screen
- Non-responsive keyboard
- Overheating (the back cover of my phone slightly melted)
- Non-responsive touch screens
- Broken speakers
- Crackling sounding speakers

Every time they offer me a replacement phone is always a refurb (they never work right) or some phone that is in no way comparable to what I own. The EVO in my opinion is the most comparable phone as far as specs and features go.

Sprint has really been pissing me off lately with these horrible refurbished phones, and the fact that they could careless if my phone is breaking every other week, so I'm seriously debating cancelling all my lines of service and air card.

So why shouldn't it work that way?
