have restarted the ilock in awhile because sometimes that wont update and will hold it bacl also make sure you havee the up to date s2u2.that is the only thing i see that could be wrong if that is all the programs u r running.the only other option i see you may have hard reset or if you ae on a rom b4 2.17 you may need to flash to it.
