I went by the store yesterday.

The arrive seems bigger, and the keyboard is definitely nicer. the shift is well built and the screen is nice. it does seem smaller than the arrive though....?

still undecided which is best for what I do? multiple email accts, text, web, facebook etc. i dont foresee myself using the music, tv, and other built in features in either phone.

Not sure if you have made a decision yet, but if you are a business user and need to transfer files (word, excel, etc...) from your PC to your phone DO NOT get the Arrive. That was my biggest complaint, the transfer of files had to be done by e-mail or skydrive.

Also, the HTC Arrive and WP7 requires companies that use self-signed certificates to extract the cert with all keys and send them to your phone via e-mail for installation. I could never get mine to work with my company e-mail.

I like the keyboard on the Arrive over the Epic, it felt softer and easier, but after 48 hours with the Epic keyboard, I have grown used to it and it works great. I definitely like the 5 rows keyboards to 4 rows. I use numbers and didn't like hitting the function button to type in a number on my old PPC-6800.
