Ahhhh!!! I'm past the point of extreme frustration. Anyone have any thoughts here?

I've been running Fresh 3.5.0.1 for a while now but haven't used 4g yet. Turned it on today, and now its stuck "turning on...". Everything is greyed out regarding 4G in Settings and I can't turn it off or make it stop "turning on". I've rebooted, left it off for a while, turned it back on in Airplane mode, wiped Dv cache, deleted the (mac_address).tree.xml file, verified my MAC address isn't corrupted, and flashed the latest radio.

Its absolutely KILLING my battery though and I cant figure out what to do. Any thoughts?
