Hi all,

I'm running the latest Titanium 21916 ROM. Excellent ROM! Very clean and polished.

The only problem I've run into is this:

I receive a call from an unknown caller. After the call I press the "+" button to the right of the number to add the number to contacts. The screen shown in the attached screenshot appears. But none of the buttons work except for Cancel.

Any ideas?
