WisTilt2's patches have been submitted AFAIK. The devs are just hashing out how to integrate at this point.

Jonpry's work has some big implications - lots of stuff will need to be changed to properly integrate scbs. It'll take a little while before his stuff can be integrated methinks.

Not to say I'm not excited to see all this stuff merged - there's a TON of testing crap out there at the moment!
