I actually replied in the other thread but I forgot to ask if you already have stock SPL. I assumed it was stock, but if not, then after removing SD card / deleting any other NBH file on it, also flash with relocker on PC. so both the ROM and the SPL will be stock.

basically, the "Loading" just means that the bootloader found something on the SD card that it didn't like. (you can do all the flashing from the SD card if you first reformat it to fat32 and then put only one NBH file on it - the one you want to flash.)

as for the USB problem, you can try reinstalling activesync/WMDC or using another PC. (I assume that's a software based fluke and not a hardware issue.)
