there is no drag and drop, here's what you do:
1)Have iTunes closed, and your phone does not need to be connected.
2) Open sn0wbreeze, it will ask you for the IPSW when you click with a window, find the IPSW you downloaded for your device.
3) there are some settings in sn0wbreeze choose the settings you want, I would not do any unlocks or anything really, once you're done hit create custom IPSW (bottom right) and hit next, then wait while it creates a custom IPSW, which will end up on your desktop. Close sn0wbreeze when done.
4) connect your phone, turn it off
5) open iREB and then choose your model. It will tell you on-screen how to put it in DFU mode, you hold power + home for 10 seconds, then let go of power and continue holding home till you see iREB doing something (maybe 5-10 seconds), let go of home and let iREB do it's thing.
6) when it says done you will have a black screen on your phone, but it is in DFU, open up iTunes
7) in iTunes if it says it detected a device in recovery, just hit cancel, then in the phone tab, you should see "restore" hold shift and hit restore, and choose the IPSW it put on your desktop (not the one you downloaded initially) and hit ok, it will now flash the jailbroken IPSW to your phone.
