If ESN is bad, sometimes you can explain your situation to Sprint, or you carrier and get around it. Not saying it would work for you, especially if it's happened before, but either way, it'd be worth a shot. Considering it is bad. Worst comes to worst, refund from the site, unless.. you got it 'under the table'.

To be on topic, I would pay 80 for a good TP2. ^^ I'm honestly thinking about back stocking a few for personal use in the case mine would die and I wouldn't be able to return it for another. I don't think I want to move from this phone for a verrrrry verrrry long time.
