It took me a long time to realize that the absence of my calibration file is why my Android boot seemed to hang indefinitely, because I didn't realize it was waiting for me to touch the calibration points on the screen (which look different than the Windows calibration points, so I didn't know what they were).
At that point, I was convinced that I had screwed up the SD card, and so I kept reformatting it and recopying the files ... obviously I finally figured it out.
Fyi ... my single feature keeping me from staying on Android is lack of BlueTooth support for my earpiece.
