Not stupid, just not a native English speaker making it a little more difficult to follow

There are two methods we can use to fix this, but it all hinges on ACL finding a way to get around the reboots when a SIM card is in the slot on boot. Once that is done, the fixes will be done in this order (if the latter can be done at all).

First, recovery will have an option to force the use of a SIM card, and I'm sure this will be a very simple solution. Then, if we can find a way to detect and enumerate the SIM card, we can have Android natively control it so that you select it in the same way Windows Mobile lets you. This will require a bit of tweaking in userland, but I'm sure stinebd will that ironed out when the time comes
