My friend had his evo screen replaced once at the store and another time they just ordered him a new one. The sprint repair policy is still the best policy around. No, I'm not confusing it. That was the official communication of the new policy sent to us on Feb 1st. Any display/lcd/lens/whatever with a crack 1 inch or longer, or multiple cracks, is considered damaged beyond repair. Insurance claim, deductible, device.

This is fact and if you got a cracked LCD replacement in a sprint corp store with or without TEP after Feb 1 is was against Sprint Corp policies. Not saying it doesn't happen because it does with or without $35 service and repair fee.
