No, I'm not confusing it. That was the official communication of the new policy sent to us on Feb 1st. Any display/lcd/lens/whatever with a crack 1 inch or longer, or multiple cracks, is considered damaged beyond repair. Insurance claim, deductible, device.
This is fact and if you got a cracked LCD replacement in a sprint corp store with or without TEP after Feb 1 is was against Sprint Corp policies. Not saying it doesn't happen because it does with or without $35 service and repair fee.
