That is essentially what I did. This was a stock Sprint rom and I just applied a factory reset - essentially like installing stock RUU. I just did not recall the super user (ninja) app in the apps list before. This made me wonder if it was still rooted. I figured the unrevoked s-ON tool/patch took care of this per the sites instructions. I'm not sure now and this was the first time I tried "unrooting" a phone. I'm a new EVO user.
