BTW - if they send you a replacement phone and you don't like it, you can refuse it and keep the origincal.
I was sent a refurb for a problem I thought was NOT RELATED to my phone. The refurb was a mess. It had a massive light leak. All 4 LEDs at the bottom looked like flashlights shining up on my screen. It had the crack by the power button. And the indicator lights at the bottom flickered.
I took a series of photos of the replacement phone that showed all the flaws and sent it to the VP of customer relations. I phone the name and address after researching the Board of Directors listing on TDAmeritrade. Since I am a stock-holder, I get a quarterly perspectus. My letter concerned my dissapointment in Sprint as a company and hardly addressed the phone. But I clearly stated that as a stockholder, they work for me and I was not satisfied with the quality of the product they were returning. A couple of days I got a CALL from a gentleman from Issues Escalation. I restated my case to him and in two days I had a brand new 0004 phone.
When you are right, make noise like never before.

I suppose that could blame the battery, and even the rising oils costs (if I look dumb enough to believe it)
I suppose, I should try formatting the battery stats with Amon Ra, and see if that will correct the issue? I would think that it is not connecter, as wiggling or re-inserting does not seem to have any impact, negative or positive.
I have battled with Sprint twice over the policy of my locale store that any scratch or imperfection on the phone constiutes "physical damage" and thus voids the warranty and TEP. This makes no sense, unless the scratch is the root of the issue. (Obviously, I don't expect them to fix the scratch on the battery cover of an HTC Mogul)
When I do go to battle, I do not back down, but I don't want to battle. I just want everything to go smooth like it does at the stores where I used to live in Long Beach.
