Use this program to download it from my link (ill leave it up a little longer)
http://jdownloader.org/download/index It helps u download from links that give u problems. I use it sometimes when Im downloading with links so I wont have issues & end up having to wait for another session to download.

EDIT: Also, add Firefox 3.6 to ur arsenal of browsers. I use it and issues with links ALMOST never happen
