So there's a startup.txt option - that should be included in all my startup.txt's - which startup.txt are you using?

I reformatted my SD before doing the install, so that shouldn't be the problem
I've looked at my startup file and it does have this:

msmvkeyb_toggle=off
and it is off.
I assumed that was the code for the vkeyb (virtual keyboard) but it is already set to off so that's throwing me off on why it is still there.
It did this to me on the FRX05 and the 06
I'm using startup for the sprint tp2, the rhod400.
