The "Default="Power: Low Battery" is what I added to make low battery setting appear in the Sounds and Notifications control panel. This way, not only could you just permanently disable it, you can customize it also just as you would any other notification.

I apologize if I'm outta my league here posting in the Titan section, but I'm pretty sure this will work. But if it doesn't, again... sorry
