Can you access the bootloader? If so then you can just reflash the recovery you were using via fastboot. Just follow the instructions for either clockwork or amon ra. Also if you have issues doing that you can just flash the ruu which you can find here
Shipped ROMs . Then just root your phone again. Also after flashing the ruu you'll already have the new radio installed. This what I've done when I mess up hopefully this helps you
