I have since ported it to the HTC Hero for cm6 and cm7 - and now that I have moved over to the Evo - I have resized the theme for hdpi (well... most of it!) as it's still a work in progress.
This theme is heavily influenced by BlackFroyo from SamCrow from the Samsung Vibrant forum
