• Download Update for Windows CE
• KB 958079 FIX: A daylight saving time (DST) update is available for Windows CE 5.0-based devices

EDIT: tried Microsoft download "Microsoft Corp. Feb 2008 DST Fix" (WMDST2008-1.CAB) = still not correct.
EDIT #2: tried everything here: Windows Mobile Updates for Daylight Saving Time. Still no luck. Unless anyone has a better idea - looks like I either deal with it until the old time change schedule (in a few weeks) or I recreate the All Day Events.

Just wanted to let you know that I saw this and I'll look into it.
