Hey wondering if there is an app for what im looking for now.

One of my Korean friends installed a korean antivirus which has worked way better than the ones i had before (norton, avira, webroot) program is great but i cant read korean. I know where to click on it to make it run a scan and i know when something is trying to affect my pc but is there an app that i can use with my phones camera and place it over the screen where the korean letters are and have it translate it to english?

or can i install some software to my pc to have it automatically translate it?
