For phone codes. here's a cab to make things easier
Tools - Phone Codes.cab
Install, reset, then go to
Start Menu > Tools > Phone Codes
Not sure why the 'about' doesn't tell you. I remember it telling me(That's typically how I found out the exact version myself). weirdness...
