I've never had a phone...NOT be able to properly make a phone call before. The experience is very odd to me.
If the above issues are not fixed with the latest update, does anyone have the ZIP file of the stock ROM I can flash back from CWM?

Flash back to stock, if you still have the issue, take it to sprint and let them look at it.
