DUDE>>>>>>>>> so not funny. I just about cried when reading this. My saga with Sprint has been three 1/2 weeks in the running now and FIVE... yes FIVE.... P.O.S. already damaged (two with the stupid dots on the lower left portion of the screen) phones given to me in a row, and at least six stores in the area. They swore they were sending me brand new, in the box, phone and I got yet another refurb yesterday. You have NO idea what I've had to go through in the last few weeks. Be so very very happy with your phone. At least someone gets what they need from Sprint.

the light in the bottom left of the screen is a common problem. i'm actually fairly confident every mogul has this "problem." so yes, mine has it too.
