It seems that part of the problem is that your with Sprint. I'm with USCC and that simplifies things a lot.
No tech support, no service, no windows phone selection, no iphones. The new motto seams to be "all andriod all the time".
If my TP2 acts us the solution is "give us 50.00 and we give you a new one, if we have it".
