i dont have the phone insurance. i jsut walked in the store and told them i needed my phone replaced. my phone even had the water mark colored red from all the times ive left my phone in my pocket while in the shower from the humidity in there. CSR saw it and i told her exactly that. 2days later my phone arrived in the mail. and my plan is still the same.
