Yes I know (I'm on an EXT4 rom too)..but if he is hesitating and he is used to flashing an EVO, the process for none EXT4 is effectively same as the EVO..then when he feels comfortable with that flash move to EXT4...

I'm effectively trying to get him to flash something he is familiar with so that he feels comfortable flashing..simple as that.
