FYI: The troubles I ran into and mentioned in my posts above have all been resolved.
• Ran “Hard-SPL-240-MFG.exe”
• Ran “Titan_Radio_3.27.00.exe”
• Ran “dcd_Titan_2.1.0_Sprint.exe”
o The original point of failure I mentioned above was due to a hardware failure on my PC not the Mogul or ROM being updated. To resolve I used another PC, then USB connection worked just fine.
• Hard-Reset manually.
• I then called Tech Support, advised that I was not able to make calls. I advised of the recording “Your phone has not yet been activated.”
o I was given the ##MSL#
• Phone has been running well.

I have not relocked the phone, but I am going to do so now. Again, thank you to all who have provided resolutions. I hope this info above helps another new comer. I am currently running:
• ROM Version: dcd 2.1.0
• Radio Version: 3.27.00
• PRL Version: 60610
• Windows Mobil 6.1
o Have yet to see GPS work… I need to do more homework on this.
