There are plenty of solutions for syncing Android with Outlook:
Sync Android/Droid with Outlook/Exchange
Many are free and come with free trial and Sprint gives you 30 days to try..for example CompanionLink is a popular one..
I dont think WP7 at this point does Outlook sync without using another software either (unless they fixed it in recent update idk)..yes as crazy as it sounds M$ did not put Outlook sync in it :/..WP7 is right now aimed at average consumers..not business users..
