Realistically, if I could get an Android app that works very well with a lot of my Outlook subfolders that I sync, I will give it a better consideration. All of my smart phones were Windows Mobile, but with my TP2 and all the problems I was having other phones look like more of an eye candy and less then a business tool. One thing it must have is 4G, slide out keyboard and larger display, so maybe Android might work instead of waiting for another 6 - 12 months for Windows Phone to arrive.
There are plenty of solutions for syncing Android with Outlook:

Sync Android/Droid with Outlook/Exchange

Many are free and come with free trial and Sprint gives you 30 days to try..for example CompanionLink is a popular one..

I dont think WP7 at this point does Outlook sync without using another software either (unless they fixed it in recent update idk)..yes as crazy as it sounds M$ did not put Outlook sync in it :/..WP7 is right now aimed at average consumers..not business users..
