Yes it does.... Thats a manufacturers defect and will be replaced or repaired. I have talked to HTC about that before. I have had HTC phones for over 5 years and have had a few replaced because of the 3 bright spots in the middle of the lower half of the screen.

I'll rephrase then. Light leakage does not warrant a screen replacement from Sprint.
