Fixed mms contact picker to show all contacts
Reverted system packages and WP7 sms theme from .png compression
added app Qik (thanks to run_amuck for the suggestion)

Also I updated ALL the provision cabs(located in first post) to attempt to fix mms defaulting options. Not included in rc3 release, will be in the next

If your mms isn't working. go to main text screen and select
Menu > MMS Options. then default your provider
