This is known, phone will not sleep whatsoever when GPS is enabled

*Answer/Windows/Back/End keys stay lit during sleep.

Have you never run Android before? If these lights are on in WinMo when you boot Android, they will be stuck on...

*Reinstalled all my apps while chargering and using wifi. Unplugged charger at 8:30am. Setup my phone and applications' settings. 10am getting low battery warnings.

Uhm... I guess if the phone was never sleeping, that's possible. Not sure what battery level you were at, you haven't given any numbers - you could've started at 30% at 8:30 for all I know....

Gonna head home to recharge to keep the testing going.

All I know is that battery drain is not typical. I'm guessing the phone either wasn't sleeping, or you didn't start at 100%.

Also, I'm posting a new kernel. It's completely up to date with autobuild (1276) so cam/video record works... However, when I enabled all the userland libs I ran into a TON of crazy issues, as did some of the other testers. So be warned - when I disabled the libs, this kernel works great! However, if you do disable the userland libs the camera won't work at all... so that's the trade off. You all asked for it!!

Alright, kernel posted guys. I honestly don't want reports of issues with cam libs enabled, so don't even bother...
