Can somebody explain to me why Sprint continues to diss the Epic? IT’S THE BEST PHONE THEY SELL, is it too much to ask for a little support?
Oh, and I just noticed that the locate function works through text. Awesome, since I will most likely not be receiving texts while my phone is lost. A company run by idiots, for real.

Gee whiz. What the heck makes you think Sprint doesn't provide TEP for the Epic?? (They certainly do).
Perhaps you're confusing that goofy TEP app with TEP itself? Not sure why the Epic isn't listed as supported for the APP, but you can definitely get the TEP service via your Sprint account.
