Re: [ROM] 02/25/11 | SPRINT LOVERS | 2.2 | 3.70.651.1 | Radio/Wimax/PRI All-In-One

Hi guys, I'm a noob and new to the forum. I have been reading for days to get some education on flashing Roms. I have a rooted Evo 4G that had these stats before I flashed:

Supersonic EVT2-3 Ship S-OFF
HBOOT-0.97.0000
MICROP-041f
TOUCH PANEL-ATMEL03_16ac
RADIO-2.15.00.09.01
Aug 19 2010, 14 14:29:08

Hardware version
0003

Android Version
2.2

Baseband Version
2.15.00.09.01

Kernel Version
2.6.32.15-ge2fb08e
htc-kernel@and18-2 #11

Build Number
3.29.651.5 CL252548 release-keys

Software Number
3.29.651.5

I flashed the Supersonic 3.70.651.1 Rom that I found at XDA Forums. I did not do a wipe of anything at the time because I was not aware of it yet. I also did not apply the new radios or kernel, so PRI stayed at 1.77.
All seemed to work well except that battery life was not very good. I wanted to update to a another Rom, so I chose the Sprint Lovers newest release("All-in-one" version). This time I did everything as directed. I wiped everything twice with Amon Ra then went back to bootlader. I noticed that at the very beginning of the scanning and update portion from bootloader, it said "no image!" 2 times but a few seconds later, it seemed to take and the update ran it's course. Here is my question: Is the fact that the "no image!" appeared right before it found it, makes it a bad flash? Just wondering since I have noticed that the battery life has become way worse than it was before. I mean ridiculously bad, where I can unplug the phone from charging all night,(I charge the phone with the stock wall charger plugged to the phone), and while looking at it the percentage begins to drop pretty fast. In 5 hours of barely using it for a few emails and txt, it is at 65%. I read some of the posts that others left here regarding that issue and PM'ed them hoping to see if and how they fixed it. I was not clear with some of the things they posted. Anyone still having battery issues? ohhh! wanted to add!...looked at my battery usage and it said:

Android System: 96%
Cell Standby: 2%
Phone Idle: 2%

Up time: 23:55 hrs
Awake time: 4:36 hrs

Any thoughts? I greatly appreciate everyone's input in this forum. I'm learning lots
