Being able to talk to someone who actually has the product is huge for me. You may not be able to plan the route from Rockford here, but you could from where you are to the Rockford address. Then blow that area up on the map, and see if it has the cloverleaf.
It doesn't need to beat BING for routing because over-the-air has its own its own disadvantages. It just needs to show some commitment to keeping up to date, and routing that beats Sprint/Telenav.
