They did installs at their store, but I have installed similar stuff before so I did it myself. It went on easy and smooth. Their skins are high grade and dont feel tacky and do not have orange peel. The coupon sprint gave me got me $3 off, the code on it was byublue I believe it is generic so probably unlimited uses. I doubt Ill get a case over this, I used my touch pro for a long time with just a skin and it seemed tough enough. There's my 2 cents.
