Yes - sorry - I should have read further back. However - I am not seeing that behavior that it freezes the weather animation for non CHT use. I am not seeing any effect at all. Looks like you are working on it though. Would love to see no animation as it really bogs down the home screen with sun rays, moon halos, etc are moving.
