Heres another dumb question. I assume I don't tell them I want to use my phone on AT&T's network. Do I just ask them to unlock my Sim slot or tell them I am going somewhere where I will need access ? (What do I ask to get this unlocked with out them thinking I will be using a US GSM network?)

Will this change (will I have to redo it) if I flash a new rom ?
