at a minimum, youd need an android app that has the control pad config/display in it... if your wanting it to show up on the screen... otherwise, wheres the UI coming from, ya know...

other than that, MAYBE with the software KB(since EVOs have no hardware KB).......just try pairing your evo via BT to your comp.. youll need an emulator that supports varying controllers in its options/settings... and see if you can atleast program the keys for actions and use the onscreen KB.... thats about it
