I did attempt to remove calendar and I can't get it to sync, but I'm playing around with it in between my real job, so I'll play around with it later and see what I'm doing wrong, it's kinda tough having my mind doing two totally oppostite things at the moment, lol.
Edit: Wow, put the phone down for a few and lo and behold, she started syncing, lol. Thanks much guys!

Glad it's working for you! You can always "force" a sync by launching ActiveSync and tap on "Sync" on the bottom left (you shouldn't have to do this as ActiveSync is "supposed" to do the sync automatically if it detects a change but I just do so to make sure). I usually do this before I boot to Android so that if I had added a contact, added a calendar event, etc, recently it'll update my google account so that when I'm in Android, it will sync those updates.
Also I forgot to mention that the first time you set up ActiveSync, it may not "automatically" sync immediately (not sure why, maybe's it's waiting for a change event on your google account before it syncs); I usually force the sync and it works then. This is what you may have experienced when you first set it up.
