Best part is it's OS agnostic - the sync assumes it's a corporate exchange server basically (treats it the same) so you don't need to sync with your PC any longer.
One catch tho, is I would definitely backup your contacts with PIM Backup before setting up the sync account. There's potential that it'll blast our your contacts - as I recall it didn't do anything, but just to be sure. If all your contacts are already in your Google account then there's no worries. |
I'll give it a shot either later tonight or tomorrow morning (spending the evening with the wife...gotta keep her happy ya know.... I've got my contacts backed up already to google along with msmyphone, but I think I have PIM backup cab still laying around somewhere so I'll back them up just for good measure
. I may even attempt to get adb set up tomorrow too!
