802.11n? For what? There would be nothing worth streaming that fast. The phone won't have an HD screen and with a limit of 2GB storage, data transfers would be negligibly faster.
Maybe USB3.0?

More screen space on the front face, less buttons
800MHz or faster (two years from now? Why not?)
3D Graphics support?
