I think what happened was u were one of the very few people who got a hold of a version of Live search that did that. I remember it going up for a few hours that day before it was taken down, and a whole bunch of people were looking for it. Errr, maybe that was the Voice-Enabled version? I can't remember. But, I think the Google Maps does that location thing only for GSM handsets. Are you with sprint or att? |
im with sprint, my touch came preloaded with live search. now u guys gonna make me do a hardreset?
it wont do turn-by-turn gps but it does tell your current position. i dont smoke crack, i know what im talkin about willis.
what i didn't know was upgrading to the newer live search would remove this feature.
